There is only one direction the bike goes when the power is put down and that’s straight ahead. It is incredibly stiff and are made from OCLV Carbon. The attention the detail makes every bit of the purchase price worth it. It is an easy bike to wrench!. With the help from Danny and Noel at Tommy the Bike the build was hassle free. The room for adjustment is a big plus with this frame. It is the most aero bike on the market with its integrated headset plus many other things that this post couldn’t cover. You can t see any wires which leaves the bike pristine clean!. This will be my second speed concept but my first with di2. Di2 spare parts are hard to come by so a call was put into my friend Rob Cummins of Wheelworx. In true triathlon spirit Rob sorted me out and got me up and running. I have to thank Slawek for his tutorial in Di!!
With Di2 The shifting just works. I’m tough on gearing and I did a 25tt yesterday on my test circuit and I am glad to report a PB for that course. The trek SC corners and accelerates like a formula 1 car. Roll on lanzarote.
Everyone loves speed, we all try and find ways to get faster without doing the hard work. ie training. If thats your strategy, open up the cheque book and say hello to Mr Trek. If you accuse me for buying speed I am guilty as charged. Lock me up and throw away the key and put me away for a long time! I’ve been a bad man
This truly is a dream bike that I can’t wait to ride!.
