Dublin Tri is only a couple of days away and the picture beside the post can only describe how my training has gone this week..I had a couple of good days but the bad outdone the good!
I spotted this fella(picture) when i was out at the garage doing the washing.. I felt he was taunting me.. egging me on for a race… I had to decline.. It was bed time.. Hopefully the race will go better than im expecting. A little rain to wet the bike course would do lovely!!.. Next post will be interesting…
